Not much more to say other than WOW! Loving life
!
I started this experiment at 192.7 lbs with a scale test of 7.9% body fat. I woke up this morning to 196.1 lbs with a scale test of 7.0% body fat. Like I’ve mentioned in previous posts, scales aren’t very accurate as far as body fat percentage, but mine is consistent enough with me to draw conclusions.
Strength in the gym is still increasing, have had some record-breaking days in the last few weeks and just took the last 5 days off to recover my joints and mental state. First workout back today, should be a heavy one!
I can’t even express how this diet has changed my life. I’m WAY more productive, I’m enjoying food rather than seeing it as a necessary evil, and I have ridiculous energy levels all day long. Here’s some comparison pictures and other pictures I took in the last week.
I guess I need some words to end this post. Try new things – sometimes you get some awesome surprises.

Awesome and inspiring progress, Scott!
I got a quick question to you:
During your diet, have you ever felt light-headed, weak and dizzy before? I’ve recently experienced this and it’s been 3 weeks so far with good energy levels and so on. I would have thought that I’ve put this behind. Is this normal?
Thanks in advance!
Hey Jas, haven’t really ever had dizziness or light-headed issues and I’m about 6 months in right now. I THINK (you) asked the question on IA’s forum, so hope you got some good feedback there. If that wasn’t you, head over to http://www.ironaddicts.com under the main Q+A and search around, there’s an exact question like that a few days ago, but I’m short on time right now so can’t pull it up for you ATM! Good luck bro!
so have you tried to gain on this diet?
Yep, up about 12 pounds in the last month and a bit, pretty easy but you have to make sure to eat a TON at night!
Approximately, How many g carbohydrates/day did you eat during this diet?
Didn’t count too heavily, but probably around 150-200g in the evening 4-hour window.
