Warrior Diet Day 15 Update

I just finished my last week of exams!  The best part? I had next to zero stress worrying about meals and nutrition.

For me, this diet is ridiculously easy to maintain under stress or unexpected situations – I’ve never experienced this flexibility in a meal plan EVER before.  It’s been a fantastic experience.  I’m going to update you with physique pictures today and a little synopsis of what I’ve experienced so far.

For the original post, check it here.

I’ve been making a few tweaks to the plan as I’ve talked with others who are doing similar things as I am.  For the next 2 weeks, I’m going to try using just a 30g Beef Protein Isolate shake at every meal and take out the BCAA mix – if I can maintain this same weight and body fat % with that change, that will make me very happy.

Mostly because the BCAA mix isn’t agreeing with my taste buds, and I have to superdose it with crystal light to make it palatable.  Since the whole point of the undereating phase is to let your digestive tract heal and detox, shoving a bunch of artifical sweetener down your throat isn’t very congruent with that goal.

My next change that I may make depending on this week is adding in 15 or 20g of BCAA’s through my workouts.

Here’s some pictures from last night about an hour after my big meal.

Strength in the gym is going up, energy is still super high, and sleep is fantastic.  I can sleep for 5 or 6 hours and wake up feeling like I slept for 9.  I’m still making a few tweaks but I think within the next few weeks, I can put this area of my life on autopilot and focus on some other goals. Loving life :) .
